We offer free digital proofs by professional graphic designers and will incorporate your feedback until our designs match your vision.

Stock Imprint Colors

The chart below displays our standard imprint colors. We provide color-matching services for select products that undergo dye sublimation or digital printing. To provide this service, we use Pantone Solid Coated Colors.
If you require a different shade or an exact PMS match, please contact us and provide your PMS color. Our customer service reps are available to answer additional questions.

Stock Foil Colors (where available)

Add a shiny, reflective finish to your promo products with foil stamping. Our standard foil stamp colors can be viewed in the chart below. PMS color matching is not available due to the foil print process.

Please note: Color calibration varies from monitor to monitor, so the colors in a product image may differ from the actual colors of the physical product.
If an exact color match is required, we recommend ordering a sample to determine the exact color and/or shade.

How to Personalize a Promotional Product — Decoration Methods for Your Logo

The imprint methods for your product depend on the promotional item you choose. They include:

Screen Printing
Transfers ink through a screen onto the surface of the material with the help of a stencil. Great for large order volumes and logos with simple designs on tote bags, t-shirts, and posters.

Full-Color Printing
Provides bold, detailed colors and optional PMS matching. Works great on brochures, stickers, mugs, and drinkware.

Pad Printing
Also called tampography, this process transfers a 2D image onto a 3D object—ideal for items like keychains, stress balls, or USB drives.

Embroidery
Involves stitching patterns or logos onto fabric—perfect for blankets, hats, aprons, and apparel.

Laser Engraving
A precise, permanent method of etching a design using a laser beam. Best for jewelry, stainless steel bottles, flasks, and awards.

Dye Sublimation
Uses heat to transfer dye onto fabrics, ceramics, or coated surfaces. Excellent for colorful, detailed designs on apparel or banners.

Debossing
Presses a logo or design into the material to create a recessed impression. Ideal for leather, faux leather, or microfiber items like journals or luggage tags.

Artwork Requirements

After selecting your promotional products, you’ll see the option to upload your artwork files or email them to our Artwork Team.
For files over 30 MB, you can share a Google Drive or Dropbox link or send via WeTransfer or TransferNow.

Preferred File Formats

High-quality files ensure your logo looks great. We prefer vector files with fonts converted to outlines, such as:

• PDF

• SVG

Other Accepted File Formats

We also accept PSD, PNG, and JPG raster files if they are large enough to cover the imprint area.
Recommended resolution: 300–600 DPI at full print size.

Note: While 150 DPI is accepted, higher resolutions are recommended for items like mugs or apparel to ensure clarity.

For all artwork, small text should be at least 6 points in size for legibility.

Art Terms Glossary

Bleed: Extra space around the imprint area to allow for movement during printing.
Composite: A digital preview showing how the finished product will look.
Full-Color / 4-Color Process: CMYK printing for vibrant, detailed designs.
Imprint Area: The defined space on a product where your logo or design appears.
One-Color / Spot Color Printing: Uses a single ink color applied individually for a rich, authentic look.
Raster: Artwork made of pixels; can appear jagged when enlarged.
Vector: Artwork made of paths; remains sharp at any size.
