Raised UV business cards (also called spot UV or raised spot gloss) put a thick, clear, glossy coat on the parts of the design you choose. Prices start at $37.25, every option shows its exact total before checkout, and we email a proof before anything prints.
The rest of the card stays soft matte, so the glossy logo, name or pattern catches light and can be felt with a fingertip. It is a strong choice for dark designs, where the contrast between matte and gloss is most dramatic.

What is raised UV on a business card?
A thick clear gloss applied only to selected areas, so those areas are shiny and raised while the rest of the card stays matte.
How do I set up a raised UV file?
Put the areas that should be glossy in solid black on their own layer or a second file. We show them on your proof.
Is raised UV the same as foil?
No. UV is clear gloss over your printed colors. Foil is metallic gold, silver or rose gold.
Can you print a card I designed with ChatGPT, Claude or Grok?
